FK118 - Chasing Light ( 16 LED )

This rotation chasing light circuit is best for light decoration.                                                                                                                                                          LEDs will display and turn around (2 on opposite sides).                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               4 LEDs will be lit each time in a row and turn around. Moreover, the rotating speed can be adjusted,using the potentiometer from a very slow speed to the maximum one.
